What happens when we hit the free tier limit?

briefpls pauses check-ins for new members and DMs the workspace admin with an upgrade link. Existing check-ins keep working as long as you stay within the 3-user limit.

Can we customize the check-in questions?

Not yet. briefpls uses the classic three (yesterday / today / blockers) because that's what 90% of teams want. Custom questions are on the roadmap.

What timezone does briefpls use?

Per workspace. You set it in the dashboard. The check-in and digest times fire at that local time, every weekday.

Does briefpls work in private channels?

Yes — invite the briefpls bot to the private channel first, then it'll show up in the channel picker. By default briefpls only lists public channels you can post to.

How does the weekly rollup work?

Every Friday at 5pm (workspace time), briefpls posts a 2-3 paragraph summary of the week's check-ins to your digest channel — what shipped, what slipped, recurring blockers. Toggleable from the dashboard.
